For reservations more than 24 hours from the onset of symptoms or exposure, please call us immediately to cancel or reschedule your tour at no cost to you. If symptoms or exposure occur within our 24 hour cancellation period we may offer a refund or reschedule upon receiving proof of testing or positive test results within the given time period.
