Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have implemented additional safety procedures to not only ensure your safety while in the air but throughout the entire process of your tour. We will do our part by sanitizing all facilities regularly and cleaning aircrafts and equipment before and after each flight. We ask that you do your part by complying with our new protocols of mandatory facial coverings and temperature checks upon arrival.
What to do if you think I have Covid-19?
If you have been exposed to someone who tests positive for Covid-19 or have symptoms of Covid-19, please isolate and get tested immediately. Click here for information about testing facilities located on Kauai. For reservations more than 24 hours from onset of symptoms or exposure, please call us immediately to cancel or reschedule your tour at no cost to you. If symptoms or exposure occur within our 24 hour cancellation period we may offer a refund or reschedule upon receiving proof of testing or positive test results within the given time period.
