We hope you all have been staying safe during these uncertain times. We appreciate your patience and understanding when closing our doors to passenger tours back in March, but we are excited to announce that we will begin flying tours again on AUGUST 3rd, 2020.

As the state reopens, we want to ensure that the health and safety of Jack Harter Helicopter’s customers and staff are our highest priority. Therefore, due to the hazards of Covid-19, the following, but not limited to, additional safety measures will be implemented.

• MANDATORY FACE MASKS – Face masks that cover both the mouth and nose will be required during check-in, safety briefing, transportation to and from the heliport, and during the flight.
• TEMPERATURE CHECK – Temperatures of each customer will be taken during check-in at the office.
• 14 DAY QUARANTINE – We will require all passengers to sign an affidavit stating they have undergone a 14-day quarantine upon arrival to Hawaii, and that they are free of Covid-19 symptoms. Kama’aina (Hawaii state residents) are exempt of the 14-day quarantine but must sign confirming that they are symptom-free. Signed confirmation of these Covid-19 safety procedures will be required prior to takeoff.
• EXTRA CLEANING PROCEDURES – We will do our best to ensure that you feel safe while flying with us by implementing additional cleanings and sanitization of helicopter headsets, vehicle seat belts, door handles, and other common areas before and after every flight. We will also provide hand sanitizing stations at both the office and heliport.
